100RE LAB’S MEMBERS PARTICIPATE IN SAKURA SCHOLARSHIP PROGRAM 2023

Sakura Science Plan is a scholarship program offered by the Japan Science and Technology Agency (JST) to provide opportunities for young researchers from Asia to conduct research in Japan. The program aims to promote international research collaboration and to cultivate human resources who can contribute to the development of science and technology in their home countries.

Under the Sakura Science Plan, selected applicants are provided with the opportunity to participate in short-term visits to Japan to conduct research at Japanese universities, institutions, or research laboratories. The scholarship covers airfare, accommodation, and a daily allowance for living expenses. Additionally, participants are able to attend scientific seminars and cultural events, giving them a chance to experience Japanese culture and to network with researchers from around the world.
